Users must be at least 18 years of age or have legal authorization to initiate sales, consignments, or purchase transactions on this platform.
Cameron’s Collectibles LLC respects customer privacy. We collect minimal personal data required for physical verification, payment processing, identity verification, and shipping fulfillment.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or financial information to third parties. Financial credentials and cardholder data are processed securely via encrypted, PCI-compliant payment gateways.
Due to the fluctuating market values of authenticated collectibles, Pokémon TCG cards, and limited-edition sneakers, all sales of authenticated items are final once verified and shipped.
If an item arrives damaged or differs substantially from its authenticated grading certification, customers must contact info@cameronscollectibles.net within 7 days of delivery to initiate a fully insured return or exchange claim.
Consignment items are held in fully insured vaults during the sales period. Payouts for direct cash buyouts are initiated via electronic wire or bank transfer within 24 to 48 hours of physical inspection and authentication approval.
In the event an item fails physical authenticity verification, it will be returned to the owner at the owner's expense following administrative review.
